Meet Chief Will Armstrong

Chief Will Armstrong is the Youngest Chief of Police in American History, an experienced law enforcement leader, and a dedicated mentor and coach for future leaders and first responders. His journey to success and his commitment to integrity and personal experience shape the foundation of Armstrong's Elite Consulting.

Armstrong's Elite Consulting is dedicated to providing access to top-notch law enforcement leadership classes, expert consultation, life coaching (for everyone) and mentoring to juveniles and more. Our team is passionate about empowering future leaders, supporting first responders, and engaging with the community. "I want to change the way law enforcement is being treated and viewed right now due to unfair overwhelming biased media. I want to support efforts to get law enforcement better wages, better benefits, transparency and most of all I want to get them the RESPECT they deserve again". We take pride in our unique approach, which is based on real-life experiences and a deep understanding of the challenges faced in the field in todays world.
